Orations
Project Samman
MEUINDIA is moving forwards gradually towards our collective goal of making the Indian Health and MedicalEducation system to globally competitive levels Over the years many stalwarts have contributed to this process and a new curriculum has been charted and currently it is being introduced in various medical colleges.Introduction of a new curriculum is challenging with lot of opportunities and threats. While the regulatory bodies are doing what it takes for its implementation, the help, guidance and support of a large number of experienced teachers smoothens the tough path. Whether it was 1997 change or 2019 one, many ‘heroes’ have provided he much needed support. MEU India group plans to recognize their efforts and put it in perspective for future generations to get motivation. We plan to have a monthly oration by one of the identified faculty – either on a common topic or their viewpoint of what is happening (or not happening) and confer them with a Lifetime achievement award.
